Data regarding clients and service providers
In the event that you have provided your data as a contact person of a client or service provider company or as an individual entrepreneur, either as a client or as a provider to EDIBON, we inform you that EDIBON will use the data exclusively for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and will not transfer them to third parties. The provided data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to fulfill legal obligations. Furthermore, we inform you that as a client or supplier of EDIBON, EDIBON may send you commercial information through the means you have provided, including email, based on the Legitimate Interest regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, we inform you that EDIBON may use your personal data for training and parameterization purposes, when the service provided to the client requires it.
Data regarding candidates
If you have provided your data to EDIBON as a potential candidate to join the company, we inform you that EDIBON will use the data exclusively to manage your application for any vacancies that may exist and will not transfer them to third parties. The provided data will be retained for a maximum period of two years. The legal basis is your consent in sending your resume.
Marketing and commercial communications
We inform you that EDIBON uses the contact data of client companies for sending information that may be considered commercial in nature. In this regard, the recipients of the information may be clients, potential clients who have been previously contacted by EDIBON, individuals who contact through EDIBON’s contact form, as well as individuals registered on the website. Furthermore, on the EDIBON website, there is a specific form to subscribe to newsletters. In the event that a data subject is receiving this type of information, they will fall into one of the enumerated cases. We understand that the information sent by EDIBON is what may be of interest to the recipient and is always related to the products or services of EDIBON and those in which the data subject has shown some interest.
The legal basis for the lawfulness of data processing for this purpose is nothing more than the legitimate interest of EDIBON. Contact forms and website registration
The personal data provided in the existing forms will be used to address the inquiries raised in the form itself and will not be transferred to third parties unless your inquiry requires such communication and solely for that purpose.

Regarding website registrations, EDIBON will provide a username and password. Data regarding video surveillance and control
In EDIBON, security cameras are installed and properly announced. The data obtained through the cameras is stored for a maximum period of 30 days. EDIBON will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the processing of data and will only disclose the data to official bodies and authorities upon their request. The purpose of the recordings is the security of the company and the monitoring of work activities.
The legitimate basis for processing is the maintenance of security and consent as indicated by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Exercise of rights common to all personal data
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from EDIBON as to whether or not their personal data is being processed. The existing blog aims to exchange information about everything related to EDIBON’s activity: articles, news, opinions… providing generic and sectorial information from different areas.

User-Generated Content and Data Protection.
The submission of content will imply the full and unconditional acceptance of the present Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which will also regulate the use and exploitation of the same. EDIBON reserves the right to publish or not articles, comments, and other received content, as well as the right to verify the data provided by the sender about their identity or to request proof of the same from them.
In accordance with data protection legislation, the user consents to the personal data provided being processed for the management of the blog.

The obligation of confidentiality persists after the termination of the labor or commercial relationship established with EDIBON, the Data Controller, as well as after the expiration of labor contracts, commercial contracts, etc., that bind employees and/or professionals to the Data Processor and the suppliers providing goods or services to EDIBON.
Websites/pages recommendation.
EDIBON, when recommending or linking to any website/page, considers them to be of interest to the user. EDIBON is not under an obligation to supervise the websites/pages it links to or recommends. Those have been created by legal entities, individuals, or entities without legal personality unrelated to EDIBON. It does not intervene in their management, finance them, make decisions regarding the incorporated content, or manage or participate in the services provided by the linked or recommended websites/pages. EDIBON will cancel any link and refrain from recommending the website/page when it has reliable evidence that it and/or the services it provides are illegal or infringe upon the rights or property of third parties that may require compensation.

The Privacy Policy established by EDIBON is effective from the date of its publication on the corresponding website; the user may archive and/or reproduce it. EDIBON is empowered to modify its Privacy Policy, informing the user accordingly.
